Portuguese Piri-Piri Sauce
Equipment
- Blender or food processor

- 15 Chili Peppers adjust to taste
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup white Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika optional, for colour
- 1 tsp Lemon juice optional, for tang
