Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup  blueberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves (or kale)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp  honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare the strawberries, banana, and spinach (or kale).
  • In a blender, add the strawberries, banana, blueberries, spinach (or kale), Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if desired).
  • If you want a colder smoothie, toss in a few ice cubes.
  • Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or milk as needed.
  • Once satisfied, pour the smoothie into glasses or cups.
  • For an extra touch, garnish with a strawberry or banana slice.
  • Serve your ultimate fruit smoothie immediately.
