Let the mix rest for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavour.
Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour a small amount of mix onto the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat until all the mix is used, stacking the Crêpes as you go.
Serve warm with your favorite fillings, such as Nutella, fresh berries, whipped cream, ham, cheese, or sautéed vegetables.
