- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
- Cooking spray or additional oil for greasing the griddle
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
