  • 15 Chili Peppers adjust to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup white Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika optional, for colour
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice optional, for tang
